Yes. First the voters who, with even minimal due diligence, would have known the dismal, rotten wreck of a man they were voting for, and since, all those who have continued to enable him.

Perhaps the most worrying consideration of the American situation is not Trump himself (though he certainly is not free of responsibility for the life he has led), but that so many Americans would be so disaffected, so cynical about government and institutions. And so disillusioned about their own situation that they would put their trust in a man so clearly, long before his election victory, not up to the job of president.
