I hope someone else has more on the topic but this is my understanding: Ungagging the TA adds transparency to the share structure of SLJB. AFAIK... for the first time, we will actually know what the float is. Instead of seeing N/A, Unknown or ZERO in the Shares outstanding box when you check charts on this you may actually start seeing some numbers.
The information provided may be disappointing... Apparently some are saying that the float has gone from 200M to 600M. This makes it look like selling of company stock that was once restricted. Speculation would say that it is likely the company sold stock in order to finance the purchase of SAM's Building Supply company, to also purchase large quantities of cement to be brokered out and to fund more ME projects...
IF the company is successful in supplying building supplies then everything should work out okay... risky risky risky!
No one knows for sure but more and more info should be coming soon...
