Note: TA is open late???!!! 8pm closing time to recieve authorization and send Mr. Mackey his confirmation?????

or that the docs were signed and faxed over after 8pm (couple hours ago makes it around 8:27pm they were signed) and someone was there to email Mr. Mackey!

HOG/Airys/Snips - TA update

I have been emailing the TA daily to see if anything was recieved from sulja allowing them to release share structure. Got a bunch of "nothing yet" replies. Tonight, I got:

"Yes they have sent us authorization today."

They did not include any details, I am going to email/call in the morning. Sounds promising though.

19 minutes later "A" put his post that the documents were signed a couple hrs ago.

Is Mr. Mackey an insider who gives the go ahead of confirmation? How does "A" know he is telling the truth? I thought the company had to confirm this??!!

Watch out people, I smell BS again!

Guys, I'm so glad Mr Mackey confirmed the TA is ungagged! Petar sent me a bunch of text messages a couple of hours ago telling me that Steve Sulja signed the documents needed to ungag the TA against the trustee's demand. He asked me to keep quiet about it and not say anything to the board until it was confirmed so that there are no problems. Now that it is confirmed, I will be sleeping like a baby tonight.

Looks like they are telling me the truth. Great job Mr Mackey!

Steve was with Petar at his house with the family and Petar said that once his guests leave he will call me. I hope to have more info to share with the board.

8) What is the current A/S, O/S, etc.? A/S is 800M, O/S is 600M plus 200M in treasury, which are not restricted.

Well, they ungagged the TA as they told me they would. That's a start. By the way, the numbers are 800 million A/S and 192 held in the treasury. Tomorrow you will be able to confirm this when the hundreds of calls go to the TA. LOL
