Just recapping some of the allegations posted here like: Offor owns all 3 billion erhe shares, even though he has not disclosed this to the SEC as required. A billion, maybe even a couple billion shares have been printed. That means maybe 5 billion shares or more. Of course there is not a shred of proof to prove any of these allegations.
