I am CONFIDENT that the PR is being taken WRONG! Both this PR and the PR in March announced the estimated cost of the project (6 billion to 2 billion). They both announced the right to participate that Mirage would see from the project (30% to 50%). Meaning.....the cost of the project was estimated at 6 billion and the new estimate is 2 billion. The revenue made off the pipeline AFTER COMPLETION has Mirage getting 50% rather than 30%! This PR was worded terribly and I am sure being taken as a negative thing!!!!

My PR statement (for whatever it's worth):

Mirage Energy Corp. estimates the project will cost 4 billion dollars less than originally anticipated while increasing their percent revenue made once complete.
