Maybe the plan is to go private and given there is only 10M OS this would have given someone the opportunity to gobble up shares for a song. The sale of this company seems more eminent now than ever. I don’t think any company can just stop cold turkey based on not filing quarterly reports that have assets of significant value. We are about to win some very lucrative government contracts north of $100M each! Very odd to report status of DoD contract with the SEC and then this!
