The 2nd decision is that Congress will not get Trump's taxes. - Not get them immediately...my understanding is that decision is being sent down to a lower court and if Trump uses the same argument he used in the SC that because he's president he is above the law, he'll lose there too. But you're right, Congress won't see T's taxes for many months.
The Lincoln Project has plenty of material here - why is Trump fighting so hard to keep his taxes a secret? AND why does Trump think he is above the law?
