I took a small starter position today with 200,00 shares and paid high which I’m ok with. My question is to anyone before I buy more tomorrow with some of my buddies , is there any chance this stock can be suspended due to late filings? If no, then why not? I don’t usually trade pink sheets so not familiar with the rules. All I know is I dropped $10k in the laho scam, delisted for late filings and promised myself never again. Can the sec suspend this stock for late filings?
