I lost money back in July? Oh, you actually read the email from Braxton where he assumes the same thing...The truth is I have had several positions in LYJN at many different times during a short period of time...My intentions were to feel the company out, listen to what they had to say and the answers they had for the questions I asked. If I liked what I was hearing I was planning to back up the truck not once but twice…I never reached for the keys…I found myself flipping as usual and getting frustrated with both the general attitude of the investor and how the company preyed on it like HAWK eating a mouse! And during this period there were days when the PPS would move .10 and retrace in a day but this was the exception. Anyway, the position I had was very small IMO <5000 shares at any given time and just as I have done over the past week, I was lucky and most of the chances I took selling on the rises and waiting for it come back down to what I thought was a reliable floor at the time and I bought back in, it worked out...So, sorry I never lost money in LYJN, I never made anything to talk about either...And if I was to be upset and out of control like you want me to be, it would be the lack of making money that you could use as your basis for my AGENDA, OK?. Like I was saying, I was getting to know LYJN...And I did and I have continued to watch and learn what LYJN is going to do next like everyone else. However, I fully intend on KEEPING IT REAL with those like you who think if no one talks about what is wrong then the problems will go away,,,However, this time I hope the talk is REAL it is positive and it is about what changes and lessons LYJN has learned over the past year…Yeah, I hope common sense dominates this second time down to the launch pad…But this PUMPAHOLIC insanity serves no good and damn sure did not work last time…tedpeel
You are entitled as anyone to do with your money as you wish. You can continue deny the company has been far less then honest with everyone despite the facts. It does not matter what you decide to except or overlook, that is your call...However, you know I have been honest with you, I have posted more than enough FACTS that support everything I say.Every email response from Braxton posted on this board from any everyone who was kind enough to do so, including you...Can be read right now and no one can deny the ongoing delay dance of deception that has been going on for months while the PPS fell. My email exchange w/ Braxton clearly shows we both new dilution was taking place. Braxton does not even question my direct to the point that is clear as a bell request that he be honest with others as he was with me and DO WHAT IS RIGHT? It is clear we have discussed the topic prior to discussing it in that email...And he told me on more than one occasion, like I said we talked daily sometimes several times a day...The only thing he questions is whether he told me he was meeting with the TA and Management or the TA and Management were meeting without him...Which was pointless from my or any investors point of view. That email is what it is, like you say "This is the pinks LIVE with it"
The fact that LYJN could, did, and may still need to dilute the pps to raise money, pay employees whatever the reason or reasons LYJN did and probably will again is not the top concern of mine...I understand the incredible amount cash this venture will require to just launch, and I am sure the need for operating cash played a significant role in the failure to meet the FALL LAUNCH...I really hope this is the only reason, to be honest...However, the need for cash is not what I am upset with...It is the manner in which the management at LYJN, NOT ANYONE ELSE, chose to go about raising it...They started off misleading, delaying, and then flat out refusing to talk to shareholders about why or what the hell was going on after all these pretty PR's? Meanwhile, LYJN was paying big bucks to hire the services of some of the best and the worst of worst in the "STOCK PIMPIN" industry! Using every form of media from video to E-mail...

If we are to forget the facts as you want and think as you do, and say LYJN never sold any shares to raise cash...Then we must assume LYJN's management wasted all the cash and shares they used as an investment to raise the attention of potential investors without a dime of return on that investment? In which case we had all better RUN LIKE HELL, right?
Anyway, instead of stating the obvious and being honest about what was needed to put the rest of the idea together to have a launch...Or the other option, the reason they chose to be a pinkie startup, just not saying anything at all from the get go and exercising there exemption from reporting as a PINKIE? Instead, LYJN management chose to go the route of misleading & delaying with promises of information to those requesting and constant PR's with no mention of any problem whatsoever while the pps kept falling and falling...Then going as far as to use a company that has a shady past in regards to SEC violations to issue the most disgusting form of stock pimpin there is, The "so-called" independent price target! Which by the way was $1.05 at a time when the PPS was .30-.40 and falling...And what follows, but the rumors of shady emails and fax releases that the company issues a PR about claiming not to know anything about and warning shareholders to watch out in this poor attempt to act as if they are concerned about the financial well being of the shareholders, as all companies do...IF THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT THE SHAREHOLDERS THEY COULD HAVE AT LEAST RELEASED A PR NOTICE TO WHY THEY DID NOT LAUNCH AS THEY SAID…NOTHINHG? And the care really starts to show as a halt or restrictions to trading the stock by major brokerages for a period of time due to abnormal trading, NO FALL LAUNCH and when it was all said and done the PPS was a nickel FIVE CENT!
So, tedpeel...My agenda is clear...Proceed with extreme caution, see to it that I keep doing what I have been doing, DD with one goal KEEP IT REAL, see if LYJN has learned anything that will possibly benefit everyone. Call things as they are when they happen, GOOD NEWS I will be the first to share it and discuss it even with those who may question it! Likewise, if I continue to see RED FLAGS I will share it discuss it and if I have to be BASHER of the BOARD to get just one hard headed PUMPAHOLIC to understand the problem is the company not those who are doing the work and sharing the truth, it will be done!
Tedpeel, my agenda is right here for anyone to refer back to and question, please do...But I can promise you one thing, if LYJN is to be the market rockin success we all want it to be, at some point you will have no choice but to join me at sometime demanding the company starts answering questions...Now you can continue to deny the importance of these request and the past actions of the company to which I have provided more than enough DD to verify any claim I have made…You can continue to act as if I am making things up out of thin air to support this secret agenda you think I have to destroy the PPS...Or whatever it is you want my agenda to be...PUMPAHOLICS are useless and always end up sitting in a board of a dead or dying stock blaming BASHERS, MM, and Naked Shorts for their failure to except the truth…Good Luck
