Elite and SunGen owned the products via a 50/50 split per their partnership agreement. When Elite could not afford to buy SunGen's interest in the products, Mikah then stepped into SunGen's shoes. Elite's interest in the Adderall drugs is NOT affected by Mikah's transaction.
