Confusing? What’s confusing, the fact the ceo made a non transparent transaction via his own private company involving the primary product driving the income that is now keeping the public company for which he is the ceo afloat? Unethical? Yes, confusing, but thats just one adjective to describe it... again for shareholders simply accept this as being ok is just unfortunate. Says the guy has some blind followers as shareholders. Try explaining that to someone.. just the high level nature of this deal stinks
