Yeah, Carville think it was. I remember thinking then no way would Trump drop out because that would reinforce the loser-chicken bone spur thing. It would have him looking a loser more than staying and losing, HOWEVER if he were to - under extreme pressure forced to - work a medical problem in, so he could say he dropped out for the sake of the nation, then... that is a possibility. Still, it's likely he will stick.
