Paul Thompson is responsible for much of the fabrication and the investors communications department was poor at best on overall progress. Had a JV, with a back out clause, with ARGONAUT when gold was looking like it was headed to $1000.00/OUNCE
Paul lost his wife and and communications not his expertise. Fabrication and getting things done is.

I was very disappointed when Argonaut left. One thing very encouraging a employee that was evaluating the property left Argonaut and went to work for MXSG.

Now gold is WOW. They produced 100 ounces in MAY through mandated shut down(Virus) because chemicals onsite needed attendance

Private placements and some toxic loans got them this far

Paying off the last of the loans then BLUE sky. A reverse split has been on the books for awhile, not used yet.

Plan to use it next year or year and a half to reduce volume of shares and go to higher exchange (AMEX?)
