Well Jimmy I don't remember saying anything about the volume today. What bothers me is the several million the past few days. DOMS is even laying back from selling today, because their is no one to sell to. What bothers me right now is the lack of bid support. Lower lows and lower highs are not good this many days in a row.

When I was laying out the facts it wasn't coming from someone who wants to see this stock destroyed. I am an owner, like you guys, and just hate to see a company that has no idea what it is doing or doesn't care.

The dilution thing is a huge problem. The lack of PR to support it just compounds the problem. I will try to explain this one more time.

If a company has 100 shares and the market determines the company is worth $100.00, then each share is worth $1.00.

If the company decides it wants to have 200 shares the market still determines the company is worth $100.00, then each share is only worth .50.

The company is worth the same according to the market, but the individual shares are worth half as much. This means your personal investment is worth half as much.

That is exactly what is happening here. Once again the percentage of shares to the current amount means more than the actual amount.

At the current rate EPGL will double its outstanding shares in less around 4 months. That is very alarming. IMO
