Even with NMC health entire 6 billions debt paid off, this will continue to trade as a penny stock under 40 cents!!

Yes that’s right this is forever under 40 cents no matter what. Because the powers to be wants it under 40 cents. Nothing anybody can do. Might be at 20 cents tomorrow
