...to support the supposition that WMI owned Retained Assets or Interests' in the WMB/Sub pre-seizure MBS securitizations.

...no links, no quotes, nothing.

...add to that, no challenge by the Creditor's Committee, the Equity Committee, or any non-equity creditor Claimants "out of the money" at any time during the entire 2008-2012 debtor's bankruptcies or thereafter.

...why?

...no such WMI interests exist or existed in such.
