I'm not sure if what was done, ... the dictating of the requirements and policy changes, placed upon the company for the issuing of and the receipt of the cash ?', ... was actually totally'... legal' ? ...

But ?, ... a purchase of the reorganized company ?, a purchase that would have bankruptcy separated the eventual use of the Reorganized Companies Cap Trust, as well as the recovery for the Claimants, now able to be viewed, left open ended as of January' ... ? ... Nope, an all out purchase was out of the question' ...

... No one' can deny the present tense WMIH Corp., its Corporate Structure that is being Filed with the SEC' ... and the WMI Plan 7 "Disclosure Statement" that also disagrees' with numerous conclusions' ... and specifically refers to the separated Trust's and their protection ...
