Thanks AZ for simplifying Dividend and Dilution Correction. I've discussed Dilution Correction with others and I was wondering if you could post a simple example?

~ Jelly', A "Coupon" is a "Dividend", a "Dilution Correction" Would Be a ForwardI' Split ~

with an acknowledgement of the 12/1 reverse that we had to endure while the litigation had been ongoing' ...

So, in my opinion' ... ? ... I believe the TWO' dilutions need to be corrected' ... the 1st one caused by TPG, and the 2nd one by KKR' ...

So, we reorganized on 03/19/2012 with 200 million shares' issued' ... then along with some other requirements, one of the KKR requirements was to increase the common share allocation to 3.5 billion shares' ... (We ended up at roughly 1,092,000,000 common shares out), ... THEN ?, ... roughly 416,000,000 million shares were used to aquire "NationStar", as a "Secondary Dilutive Issue", ... the way I state that is verbatum from the SEC submission, and extremely, important ... then KKR converted the B's, and on 12/31/2019 converted the last series of "A" preferred, which came with a retroactive receipt of any coupon's to be issued into the future' ... very, very, slick' ... (10 million divided by 12 of course)

So, what has had my attention and has been SEC Filed and Documented, ... is the original issuing of the "Secondary Dilutive Issue" ... roughly 416 million shares, divided by 12 would be roughly 34.6 million common shares for COOP to issue back' ...

... The Coupon will probably be a percentage of the pps' (for the first one, roughly 9% to 12% as a guess, calculated around the $13.20 pps, the KKR A series conversion number') and then increase per quarter as the company gains, ... the TPG dilution ?, ... I just don't know ... But ? there is more than enough information to keep this ol' cowboy around ... that's for sure'

I Hope That Helped' ...
