That's unfortunately just more debt added to the already massive pile that steps in front of equity/shareholders.

This is really basic knowledge.


More basic knowledge, is current shareholders are included in the plan filed by JCPNQ, and the plan is to wipe them out.


JCPNQ is one of the worst investments currently available.

Because the plan is to wipe out current shareholders.


Its really very unfortunate.
