But according to the updated prospectus, the public May 2018 warrants have the exercise price changed whenever the company offers shares at a lower price. I am just saying what the prospectus says. Of course, it seems too good to be true at this time. Because current price of $2 less the exercise price of $0.48 is far higher than the $0.02 Friday closing price.
