I do not think that PCTL ever indicated that they were manufacturing their fluids 24 hours/day, 7 days a week.
I believe they have mostly been producing 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
And that the 10,000 gallon capacity is based on such a 40 hour a week production schedule.
