If they were close it wouldn’t have been delisted, they could have found reason in the discrepancies, rather than fraud. $3-4 is one thing, this won’t see double digits until they give audited financials and it’ll likely have to be an out of country third party.

Also, it’ll stay in OTC forever, no exchange will let it trade there again imo
