This is an atrocious post, intentionally misleading when confronted with the facts that we have now learned. You forget to mention in any way shape or form why investors are terrified that they have no idea what is going on.
In retrospect we now know that management deliberately misled shareholders as to the status of the AFs in November, they were never even close to being finished despite at least 3 public claims by PV otherwise. Management then succeeded in stringing them along until the last second all while selling massive amounts of shares into the open market. They then failed to deliver on their promises with no explain, tanking the stock by a good 90% or so.
The only question is whether the crime was criminal fraud, or severe negligence and violation of their fiduciary duty to shareholders.
Frankly, they are lucky that shareholders merely send them a few lists and demanded an answer.
