To me, the AS license is the first example that a significant player recognized a potential use for B, albeit the seemingly lesser of the serious IB conditions. None the less the cycle will cost upwards of $75 million or more to conduct the tests, send its salesmen out, assist with the peer reviewed research articles etc. No small thing, and also makes them look less than stellar if B is not successful through the trials. The right of first refusal will come at a higher price if their own research is successful, and that's a good thing for AS too.
