On June 17, 2020, our Board of Directors authorized the issuance of Five Hundred Thousand (500,000) shares of our Series “B” Preferred Stock in favor of Dr. Steve N. Slilaty, our CEO and a director, in consideration for his development of a new treatment for Coronavirus infections, including COVID-19.
