You are absolutely correct. Some asked why Leo and RBL put in for Grant as Co-applicants....much greater "ease" of review and credibility when the RBL has received prior Grants...and even working right now on CURRENT GRANTS...
This RBL IPIX is testing through ... may have "just a little" experience with Grants and organizations giving them:
"Project Leader of 10 active NIH grants and has been continuously supported by multiple simultaneous NIH, DOD and Gates Foundation grants for the past two decades."
