It's the OTC unfortunately and things are always manipulated.
Been here long enough to see it happen. This company isn't any different. On the positive, this company has a real product so it'll turn around. Just have to be patient.

Helps to not focus so much on this one constantly otherwise you'll just get ticked. All imo.
