I got the same message - this recent Grant (for INO) was probably triggered by some kind of milestone (results) but what is more interesting is the INITIAL Grant award which the poster believed was in March.. do you recall when the initial Grant was awarded? Because apparently these Grants became available late Feb. or early March..

so yes, the Grants by themselves don't have a lot in common.. but getting an idea of how FAST the government is processing and awarding these Grants might be helpful in gauging what kind of timeline we can expect.
