You dont sell a stock trading at a $28M market cap selling the MOST needed item in the WORLD, around the WORLD, in the Tens of Millions, which means Hundreds of Million$$$$ in revs for this ridiculous price....

Like we have discussed the Louisiana deal..ONE State, ONE Contract, $190 MILLION alone is worth $3-$5 a share...
