Not wanting to bring up a small point but. Assuming he IS issuing new shares, I assume it comes out of the auth shares. The numbers would seem to me to be a potential of 62M more shares that he COULD issue.

Now I know he does not INTEND to dillute, but isn't that dilution? AND, just say IF that many more share were to be issued, just what impact would it have on our perceived future value?

Not wanting the be the "cold water" thrower here, I'm still holding, but is the point made?
