Agree, no way any country, including Iran, would even consider seriously challenging the United
States in any military arena in any of our lifetimes. Yet, there are always some who do freak.
Like, e.g. many did about N Korea's testing putting parts of the United States into range.

No country, not even Iran, Mr. Bolton et al, is interested in committing national suicide.

There is still the ooi element of what's happening beyond our shores, for some.
