Out shares are 296 million. There’s 5 million I believe left for diluting shares if exercised. Loan Ranger believe posted 32 cents as the new converted price. At worst, I’m thinking another 15 million to 20 to the outstanding. Ratio of 3 shares to raise a buck much better than the first 5 million.
