If I am reading this right, monday makes the day 10 of the 7 or ten days until the 10k comes out with a Q coming... 26th/29th (last fri/mon of month) leonite has the "option" to purchase x shares at.10.. Couldn't find when this option was exercisable or how long they (Leo) was required to hold those shares before they can sell those shares.... Any info on where I can read that literature would be great. Trying to figure how excited I am and when I should move to the edge of my seat...
