Stervc, your good insightful post is trying to telling us something that I think is very significant.

I understand that GRST's 1.8 billion o/s is much higher than the small o/s of ACHC and CATS.

However, if I focus on the ratio of where GRST's market cap currently is and how much undervalued GRST's market cap (and pps) is compared to that of ACHC and CATS if the announced acquisitions are completed, I can derive a potential market cap (and pps) for GRST that could be much higher:

Draft Rough Calculations (not verified or validated)

GRST Market Cap = $3,313,962

ACHC Market Cap = $2,353,418,524 / GRST Market Cap $3,313,962
= 710.15:1

CATS Market Cap = $374,695,542 / GRST Market Cap $3,313,962
= 113.07:1

I recognize that the market cap ratios of 710 and 113 times calculated above are high and cannot be applied on a 1:1 basis to GRST's market cap (and pps) due to differences in the a/s and o/s sizes, exchanges on which ACHC and CATS trade, their maturity in the market and their experience and reputation versus that of GRST.

However the calculations above demonstrate, as you have pointed out in your post, how much the market cap (and pps) of GRST could be currently undervalued.

Even if I do not use 710 or 113 times and to be conservative I just took 20 times x GRST's current market cap of $3.3 million and pps of $.0018, I can better understand your post below titled 'Leonite buying 20% of GRST at .10 per share' and how the .10 per share purchase price per share may potentially come to fruition and be a realistic option for Leonite:

Note: All of the above is IMO and I have not validated or verified my draft rough calculations.

Go GRST!
