Great write up, great expose!

What is sad is, in a pink sheet market like this one, most shareholders won't even bother taking time to understand it, or verify it.

But, they will hold because "we're going higher", and "FDA approval soon", and "more Covid cases coming, yea!". This is why it's just a matter of time before every DECN investor has a loss. Ignoring important information like this because you don't like it, or you don't have the education to understand it, doesn't make it go away!

I seriously doubt, there will be any real debate on your post here, just like there was next to zero discussion of the 1st Quarter earnings report.

In the pinks, it's not about a decade of consistent losses, with more coming. That's "old news". Instead, it gets pushed aside because "the future is bright with our xxxxx product". Of course, today xxxx is the corona test. In a year, there will be another million or two in losses, no corona test, and a different "xxxx product" that will "save the day".
