I stand corrected, thanks, the Majority of the business or 95% of Pharmatech sales come from 3 customers. Hmmm, so 5% of $2.1 million is____? Did all of the 5% customers go belly up due to Covid.

In any event, $600k of bad debt write off in such a short time is suspicious especially because the sales are only $2 mil a year or so, and the Company is run by a rockstar genius businessman like Bozo Keith M Berman.

So which customers went bankrupt due to Covid. Looks like two of the distributors you listed were found guilty of fraud on a grey market strip case but are still in business Did those businesses have assets Berman could go after or is this another case like the Berman buddy buddy auditor where Berman intentionally didn;t protect the Compnay because he was involved. You remember Bozo Berman didn't sue his pal the auditor even though the auditor was found to commit a malpractice event and had insurance. What's worse Berman didn't even sue the auditor (his pal) for paperwork Berman claimed was needed for the Company to be current on its filings. It was memorialized by Bozo Berman in this BS press release. Now why wouldn't Bozo Berman sue to get fees back, damages and paperwork back the Company needed in such an open and shut case. After all, Berman's legal expertise is in the press release below in a similar malpractice case. After all, Berman also memorialized how important it was to the Company to "uplist", but he knew he couldn't uplist without audited financials.

In 2019, three customers accounted for approximately 95% of net sales compared to three customers accounting for approximately 95% of net sales in 2018. However, it should be noted that all three of the Company’s largest customers make use in large part to on-line sales through Amazon, Walmart, Sears, Jet.com (“marketplaces”) and at least 1,000 other on-line sellers and aggregators. These customers use the distribution services and resources of the marketplaces.

Amazon ( through fulfillment and a couple sellers)

Walmart/Jet

Sears

Full Circle Diabetes

A for your list of sellers and the writeoffs, the Q claims that $173k was done before Covid existed, so why would Berman write so non chalantly that

H&H and Adelphia seem to have lost a grey market fraud case around diabetic strips, but H&H website is still up and running and certainly not closed by COVID
