Ok, we have the PR out telling us what we figured ot last summer. IMO, the 'MASTER' channel partner is GE. If it were anyone else, they would not have used the word 'MASTER' in the PR. As we all know, GE is the largest company in the owrld that handles sub-station utilities...and for those of you that were not around last summer, there were just a few others that do it, but they are WAAYYY small in comparison to GE.

In this particular PR, there is mention of 'dollars'....now the 40 billion, we already saw last summer, is the market total for the grid and substation upgrades. WE have already even read, last summer, that the various cities and utilities had already put the cost of upgrading into their budgets, and that the last quarter of 2006 was to be the beginning of the surge on the substation upgrades, and the grid upgrade. So we now have confirmed, that TKO has indeed begun doing what we gleaned they were hinting at--so 2007 should be a good year.

IMO, the one thing that would start this stock moving would be GUIDANCE.....put out by TKO, not our guesses. This stock will go nowhere if no one knows what the potential is for their investment. GE must be announced as the master channel partner, guidance, and someone other than Dutton as the anlyst following this stock. Heck we all know how good we each are at certain things in our lives, but until we 'put it out there' for all to see---who cares? This latest PR, is almost like walking on eggshells...perhaps so that all who are following TKO can have time to get their shares before the NEXT announcement. Maybe this is the time for the tutes to get in----maybe Joe Noel really IS on his bicycle, faster than a car in NYC--can weave in and out quickly from one tute to another---we shall see.
