Roivant's subsidiary might be a bit further along with their drug. The endpoints are different, and the inclusion criteria are different, so a head-to-head comparison will be difficult. Helpfully, the Roivant trial seems to be targeting patients with ARDS. HGEN is early-ARDS and less severe. Therefore, we'll find out if a GM-CSF can help those in the more serious stages.
Further, Roivant's trial main endpoint is 43 days, so they have a longer trial time. That could put HGEN and Roivant neck and neck.
