well, it looks as though not many are excited about this---yet...in all fairness, we shareholders wrote this PR last summer, when we figured this all out for ourselves...so maybe it is one of those "we knew that", or "we expected that" and therefore doesn't hold the same punch....hmmm...sure hope we can get more than 3 cents a share today, as a result of this announcement, Not being ugly about this, just ho-hum, maybe. At least there were numbers associated with the deal...so now maybe we will get that guidance we have all been waiting for with bated breath.
