I can see us being sold for a 5x multiple minimum which would bring this company’s valuation to about $125M which would be $10-12/share. That is a strong possibility! The $100M+ contract is over 5 years so that is why I place a $20-25M/year valuation. More than likely a continuation of this contract would happen over the years to come and that is where one has to assess the risks of tanker longevity and viability of expanding services. This is just a conservative estimate.
