Yes, like Enron and WorldCom, HLSH got booted to the Pinks when the fecal matter hit the fan.... All of the actions by the board, etc., since the crash have pointed to recovery and getting relisted. As I said before, hospitals and health related companies are not usually allowed to evaporate because the public is too directly affected.

I stumbled across it one day while looking at symbol changes, etc., on http://www.pinksheets.com Amazing what you can find over there sometimes.

There was some recent financial news or filings, (..I don't wath it every day..) that suggest to me that a filing for reinstatement wouldn't be far off.
