The approval of an amendment of Urban One's certificate of incorporation to effect a reverse stock split across all classes of our common stock by a ratio of not less than one-for-two and not more than one-for-fifty at any time prior to December 31, 2021, with the exact ratio to be set at a whole number within this range as determined by our board of directors in its discretion...Funny how 8K pops up 15 minutes after close...UONE
