Well with a huge operation like this that consist of 100+ beds coupled with new strict social distancing rules, im sure their operations were halted by COVID-19. They couldnt possibly convince city leaders that they can move forward putting people side by side at a time when everything was being locked down. A lot of documents couldn't get signed or pushed to the next approving authority because of all the closures.

I believe, this was sitting at .0001 because it was simply overlooked like many others. It took a few months for NTR* to run after their overlooked PR also.

COVID & Weed stocks dominated early Jan-May 2020 and was the main runners. We never had a play like this period. Like me, many probably saw the Jan 2020 pr and did not know Addiction/ Behavior Health/ In and out patient care and counseling services would attract investors. I admit when I saw this at .0003 I passed on it because I couldn't figure out to convince other IHUBers that this could run. But now I get it & later had to buy .0008-9s.
