Not saying it is. Just pointing out that people who deny the existence of shorts in the OTC do not know how to look at the Level 2 Montage, and are unable to explain what MMs ASCM/CFGN/OTCX/etc are doing.

Again, unrestricted share count per OTCMarkets, remains the same 440M, as it has for 16+ months.
