That was in early 2019. So they had that money last year..all year. If they had settled anything with the 3.5 they wouldn't be renegotiating the debt. They would have paid it off. My guess is that went for a little debt and a lot of lifestyle and image issues so they could shake hands with the "famous people".

So the problems remain with the ..other...3 mil. And also the new notes..they seem to be on a 3 month timer before they begin converting/diluting.

You think we could be at .10 a share in 3 months? People question things. It's called actual DD.

Maybe your next DD could be more recent..like this year? I read your DD for this year so far..you put in some work. But there are potential differences in what the company is saying and the written expectations of most of the board. So far it seems when they make a big pile of cash, they celebrate by increasing the Authorized Shares and offering shares for short term loans with which to finance new acquisitions the shareholders could get stuck with.

Wouldn't want that to happen to you or me or the theoretical other people on the board.
