CEO is a bit of a TOOL however. If you post a CEO LETTER discussing shareholder value, benefits, future, etc., THEN stick by it! Don't release MILLIONS of SHARES well under the "market value" you are TRYING TO CLAIM for the stock....

I get protecting HIMSELF! Who is he kidding? Protecting "investors"? Then DON'T sell shares so cheap to your buds DUMB ASS!

Money is so cheap today. And the BEST YOU CAN DO is DILUTE the be-jesus outta shareholders.... Then claim to be "protecting them" with a LETTER?
