Actually, the only reason we are in the 4's is because we are holding during this consolidation period. There's a lot of BS being spread, but we are doing very well in this range, despite that. When the company is ready to file (i.e. based on circumstances, not on what certain shareholders want), there will be much positive info to raise the optimism on this board. Complaining about late filing won't change the effects of COVID 19 on the business community. A lot of paperwork has been delayed for many companies. This is a reason, not an excuse! Finally, do you really think an experienced business man like DE would be as involved as he is if anything shady was going on?
