Can not convert with a stop sign up. So any statement that there has been added dilution via conversions as it isn’t possible - but is a GREAT reason for management to want to bring it current, since lenders won’t lend if they convert.
Always a reason for these junk plays to get current, and it’s always seeming more self interest vs shareholder interest is involved
