FrankieJ, Disclaimers of Pink Sheet listed companies seem to vary. I just compared Sulja's disclaimer with another Pink Sheet stock that I own and they seem to be worded quite differently. Of course it's the intent of all companies not to be held liable for honest mistakes.
In Sulja's case it seems that so many of their positive PRs that caused people to buy SLJB weren't corrected when things went different making the initially published PR's inaccurate.
IMO Sulja management will rebuild rebuild their reputation with the help of P.T. Barnum's famous words.
