NNLX signing two confidential agreements. Does that really mean anything? If you rec'd an offer you can very easily say what the offer was that you declined w/o mentioning the company. That's some meat on the bone!!! Then, you have to wonder if the technology was so cutting edge, Holy Cow, game changer. Then, why hasn't some diagnostic company not already scooped them up, by now.
